Headcanon:
JARVIS doesn’t like Thor being anywhere near his android.
It’s not anything against the god, not really, but Thor has a fairly constant low-grade static electricity that he gives off which, while not harmful, gives JARVIS a sensation similar to a chill down the spine.
He doesn’t like Magneto around for much the same reasons.
